Graduate Engineer Programme
The two-year programme trains new graduate engineers through six-month rotations at four group companies. Every participant has a site mentor and an office mentor.

- 30 places a year
- A permanent role at the end of the programme
I spent my first six months in Dikili, on top of the turbines. Today I write the maintenance plan for the same plant.
